Susan Miller is a dynamic business communication trainer and leadership coach. She has worked with Fortune 500 leaders and high potentials from around the globe. Susan has led thousands of workshops and coaching sessions to help leaders and associates master their ability to influence others.

Prior to joining Benchmark, Susan worked in advertising / marketing in Los Angeles and was also a professional actress. She is keenly aware that non-verbal delivery accounts for almost 90 percent of how others perceive you. Her understanding of how actors use body language, voice and space to be more influential is invaluable to Benchmark’s business clients. Susan earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the University of Miami in Ohio.
